Staging
We always put our focus on our customers. We want you to find products and services that perfectly suit your needs.
For occupied properties we help the homeowner rearrange existing furniture and decorate the space to prepare it for listing and open house.
If required, we provide rental of furniture and accessories on monthly basis.
Staging fee for occupied properties is $100 per hour.
Redecorating
Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. That's why during our first meeting we try to get to know you better by discussing your redecorating needs and your style. The goal of redecorating is to create unique space that reflects your lifestyle and personality. We will work within your budget and recommend upgrades to your home as well as providing luxury furniture at affordable prices.
Redecorating prices are based on number of rooms and pieces of furniture.
Vacant Staging
90% of buyers shop online and takes them 5 seconds to make a decision if they want to see the house in person. Due to that reason we will ensure that your home is properly staged and photographed to invite prospective buyers.
e-Design/Virtual Staging
Advantages of home redecorating using e-Design:
- No in-house visits (unless requested by the customer, additional fee applies)
- Designs are communicated and discussed through email and phone
- All designs are done with 3 easy steps
- E-Designs cost less than traditional in-house visits; packages start at $65
Digital Marketing
As photos make first impressions, and invite prospective buyers we work with the homeowners/agents to help create photos and videos of the property.
